cannot use anything with a fragrance and cannot find fragrance free softener. use the dryer but it is not the same. have tried baking soda, it is not the same

I've tried using baking soda, but to avail it always comes back.
I used to use Shout or Resolve but they no longer work. I have tried using the Sunlight soap bar with the Shout but still no results. Any suggestions?
