I have a candle shaped like a starfish but one leg has 2 breaks. Is there a way to fix it without messing it up?

A couple of things you could try.... The starfish has a rough texture... so you could melt some parafin or use a small taper candle in a matching color and drip the melted wax onto the break... then put the pieces together and let cool laying flat on parchment or waxed paper.... put in the fridge if you are in a hurry (use a plate for support) DO ONE BREAK at a time

OR you could heat a knife in a flame and hold it against both sides of a break to melt... the put back together... again... do one break at a time and let cool well before picking up or moving.

Hello! The way to fix the crack is to take a similarly colored candle and drip its melted wax into the break to meld the two halves of the star leg back together. Good luck!

Janet is right about dripping melted wax onto that.

Try warming the break and its matching end with a blow dryer without melting the wax, just softening it and put the together. Let it cool and seal itself before doing the same with the other piece. Make sure the pieces are both soft on the broken parts before you put them together.

Drio directky in the break — it is a delicate task because you will have to hold the two halves together until the melted wax dries, as well as smooth the newly added wax to blend nicely with your original Star.

Melt the broken ends with a lighter. Then stick together
