Need help picking a paint color to match my tile
The tile is gray/white with a hint of beige and looks like wood.The kitchen counters are Baltic beige and cabinets are dark wood as well

That would be it! One can tell it is not actual stone, but rather a pretty vinyl.
The pattern in the photo you provided is identical to that of the Tarkett luxury vinal tile (LVT) recently installed in my home (renovated/remodeled kitchen, great room/front entry, and master bathroom). Stone colors in mine are grays and browns, with beige/greige for the faux grout between the faux flagstones. Sourced mine from CostLess Carpets in Richland, WA (http://costlesscarpetrichland.com/).
