What color are your cabinets? Floors?
Hi Colleen, if you want the color of the cabinets to stand out you can choose a paint color that is a tad lighter then your cabinets. If you want some contrast instead you can choose a color on the opposite side of the color wheel: if they're more beige then anything then a more blue color.

A moss green would work nicely also.TS ALMOST (GREIGE)but slightly brighter, not much. It could be very pretty depending on the actual colors your seeing
I would go with a blue with a touch of green. ☺️
I think some kind of red would look best with the colors you choose. Maybe an accent wall. Bright and cheery. Get a whole bunch of color cards from the paint store. Tape on the wall the ones you still like when you get home. Go into the room at different times of day and in different kinds of weather. Remove cards as you decide you don't like them. When you're down to a couple, get pint samples and paint them on the wall and do the same thing with time and weather until you find the one. Good luck on your project.
