Coffee maker won't pump - help!

I bought a Hamilton beach 2 way flex coffee maker last august.The carafe on one side and single brew on the other. I haven't made over 75 cups on the single and it no longer works the water boils but cannot come into the cup the needle is fine any ideas? I think the sales bill is gone so no return. thanks

Have you cleaned it? Plain White vinegar helps get build up.
Also go onto manufacturer website. While your return may be too late, it would still have some warranty left --even if good will by them. I am sure they have troubleshooting advice at the least.
Contact the manufacturer to trouble shoot the problem, have your make and model numbers ready.
Run some hot water and vinegar through the machine to see if the clog will disappear. Repeat if necessary and then run clean water through it again.
