Make a fire pit using cinder blocks. You could sit around a fire in the evenings. Just remember that fire needs air to breathe. Leave a space between the cinder blocks to achieve this. As always, make sure the fire is completely out before retiring for the night.

Peruse them, then pick bits and pieces from several to assemble your space.
If hot, seriously consider umbrellas or sail shades. Comfy seating, maybe a dining setup for grilling or bbq, and even lighting for fun after dark.
Outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, table & chairs. Add a fire pit & casual seating!
Make one area for your barbeque, you can even get shades for over it, keeps the sun off you while your cooking. Have a seating area with a couch or love seat and a couple of chairs, end tables are optional, but do come in handy. Have a table in front of the couch at least. Make sure you include lots of plants, be it around the edge in gardens, or pots, or both, so that you have lots of color and nice plants to look at when you are sitting on your patio. You can put an outdoor rug under the seating area to help delineate that area.
