yes Rustoleim sells a spray fabric paint, just make sure you also use a clear UV protectant when finished

I have tried to refurb faded decorative outdoor flags- with improvement but there a subtle opacity change the paint will have on fabric, much like the coating- that it is. A slight stiffness could be expected.
Just be aware, if you are painting over “breathable” fabric, the cushions may lose some of their give and might be hotter in the sun. Other than that, anything goes! ☺️
You can use any of the craft acrylic paints from Michael's ... just make sure the acrylic paint is rated for fabric.
If you are painting fabric beware that it will crack. I would try Rit Dye and know that it can fade.
If the fabric is treated to be waterproof it may not take the paint.
