I purchased a silicone in a bottle with brush, but do not remember where I got it, and applied to the rack when it happened to the one I had. It did cover it but I didn't live there long enough to see how long it lasted.

Appliance spray bomb. Walmart has them. Take rack outside and spray.

Try coating them with white nail polish
There are many types of appliance paint. A lot sell small "touch-up" bottles. That should work.
