Not to be snarky, but gently. Take them inside and evaluate where the problem is on a solid floor. Sounds like a great Sunday project, watching a rocker rock, or not.
Have the legs widened? Joints askew? Much easier to figure out on a solid floor
Sometimes the legs come out or almost out of the sockets holding the rockers onto the chair. This is easier to see if the rocking chair is turned upside down, maybe over another big chair. I use a big hammer or a mallet wrapped in a small towel to knock the legs and rockers back together. I also try to get some wood glue on the exposed part of the legs and rockers, and wipe off the extra glue before it dries. Best wishes ☺️

They can warp if let setting too long in a moist area, thus making them flatter on the bottom. They can be sanded to a curve again but be careful to not remove too much material. After they are "rounded", a thin strip of hardwood can be glued on and screwed on the ends to hold them in place. Make sure the rockers have a flat surface to each other by putting a yardstick across and sanding high edges to make them flat to each other.
