One that comes to mind is ping pong ball party lights. Easier to explain it than find the original post: Get some mini Christmas lights (colored or clear depends on your taste). Get as many ping pong balls as you have bulbs, plus a couple extra in case of mess-ups. Cut an X into one end of each ping pong ball, then slip the bulb through the X. Voilà --party lights!
