Today’s Easter crafting post has been a long time in the making. By a long time I mean six years. For real! Not that this craft takes six years to make, it’s actually more of a 10 minute project, really, but I actually made this Easter topiary six years ago! And I’ve yet to share it with you. Can you believe it? How rude!
If you’d like to make your own, all you need is a cheap bag of plastic eggs and a bag of craft moss. You can usually find each of these at the dollar store and you’ll probably be able to make several topiaries with these supplies.
So, you start out with some basic plastic eggs. Grab your hot glue gun and start gluing them together. You’ll want to make a ring of about 4 eggs on the bottom and then start building up from there. I like to make sure they look a little random. Next, you’ll need to paint it!
To finish off the look, just take some little bits of moss and shove it in the spaces in between your eggs, adding a little bit of hot glue to hold things in place if necessary.
This little topiary tower thing has lived all over our house but this year I have it in my newly-finished-ish  dining room, right off the front hall.
I hope you liked this easy project! I know I do! Actually I’m suddenly feeling the urge to make several more of these this year! Let me know if you try it out too!
You can find more of my past Easter projects in the  Easter archives!

Wonderful !! Easy, simple decor, yet sophisticated !! I definitely will be making this very soon (I already have everything) ! I do have a question though, what or how did you make the spots/marks on the eggs? Great little project!!!! Thanks for sharing and TYIA for answering my question.
