Can you put tin on the ceiling in the bathroom?

I would be very careful it doesn't rust due to the humidity unless that is the rustic, farmhouse look you are aiming for. Are you talking about the embossed tin squares or the long sheets?

They do make faux tin squares out of Polystyrene foam that are gorgeous. I don’t which is more cost effective, faux or the tin.

It depends on how your going to fasten this to the ceiling. What type of tin are you talking about? It will eventually rust, I would think, unless you have a good exhaust fan.

Yes, but depending upon how well the moisture is controlled in the bathroom, you may end up with the tin rusting. If want to install a tin ceiling because you like the look, Home Depot sells a plastic product that really looks like tin that you can use
