You're better off having it installed professionally. That way the company will come out and take proper measurements. Also there's usually a warranty that comes with windows, if something goes wrong you won't have to pay for a fix or replacement.
OOPs, I read the title to your post too fast...totally missed the word SCREEN. Why not just take the old screen to a hardware store and they'll help you out.
