What is the best weed killer on the market, especially Bermuda grass?

I live in Tucson, AZ and for some reason Bermuda grass is prevalent here and a nuisance.

If there are no other plants in the area you wish to keep, vinegar will work. Douse it real well and if in full sun will die quite quickly.

I pour a small amount of white vinegar straight on weeds in the morning. I am not sure about AZ but with the high heat I would think so.
