I use white vinegar.
I use vinegar or rubbing alcohol. I will never use bleach. Here are some great options.

Vinegar is a great antibacterial and antifungal product, test it on a spot that won't show (under something that is always on the counter, like your coffee maker) to make sure it won't discolor or change the texture of the counter.
Lysol or Clorox kitchen bacterial spray. I keep a bottle at my kitchen sink.
