What's the best flower/plant to grow in Texas?
I know that opinions vary, but what's your opinion?!I have great luck w Rosemary plants. Green all year long.
Either you remove it or you don't. Removal usually involves a shovel, then replacing with a bagged garden soil. But unless the soil has become too acidic for the flowers you don't really have to remove it. Don't plant any edible crops.
You obviously have never had pets. I have a long handled poop scoop. A rake and a dust pan will work too. Or just put on surgical gloves and pick it up. With 6 dogs, 6 cats, I pick up poop every single day. Nothing to be afraid of. If you are pregnant, get someone to do it for you.
use a pooper scooper....before planting you may need to amend the soil.once planted you will have to keep the cat out.Use plastic forks with prong side up,anythign citrus scented or hot pepper and garlic sprays
A few people I know have had success with putting plastic forks (tines up) in the ground where they didn't want the cats to go. Just get in there with a rake and/or shovel and remove the poop.
If you want to get it all, use a piece of hardware cloth and make a soil sifter. See the instructions: http://www.thesoilsifter.com/howtobuild.htm
