Use a pair of old bifold doors or shutters, closed to a 45 degree angle. Add triangular shelves where there is solid wood to attach them. Look on pinterest.
Try finding a 4 or 5 wooden step ladder. Paint it, you might have to put a little larger piece of wood on the steps , or long pieces of wood using the steps as your holder.
Instead of a shelf that takes floor space try hanging them from the wall on plant bracket. You can find them on Amazon or at big box stores inexpensive. Then for the diy part paint a plain pot to match your decor
You could build one using plywood for the length you need and start with a lower shelf that will be the one that sticks out the furthest and go up the number of shelves you want making sure that you can still fit a pot and saucer on it. You can use bricks or anything to hold up the shelves, making sure that you have each shelf supported well to hold the weight of the plants.
If you aren’t set on making it, you can get something that fits your space at a reuzit store and paint it to fit your color scheme Repurposing old funiture or fixtures turns out so good most times.
