Actually anything green will help some. Pothos, peace lily, Chinese evergreen, ZZ plant. My hubby has COPD, he wanted some plants in the bedroom to improve the air quality. It looks like a jungle in their, but he says it works. We get most of our houseplants at Home Depot, and they label the plants if they are in the air quality improvement family. Most of their plants are also in really good condition, but need to be repotted when you take them home. I hope this helps.
