Mildew/Mold build-up

I have 13 white painted posts that hold up my porch and carport. Every winter they start turning green along with my white painted porch swing. Each Spring they have to be bleach down and sometimes repainted. Is there a product I can paint these wood posts with that will retard this green growth so I can just hose them down each Spring?

Wipe everything down with vinegar. Bleach spreads mold spores, vinegar kills them.

You have a moisture problem. Look at fixing that first. There are paints that have additives in them to retard the growth of molds in the paint. As your local paint dealer

You could try Kilz, its a paint . ask someone at your hardware store
Use the heavy-duty Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to remove the mildew, followed by a hose to remove the residue.
Naomi is correct- white vinegar kills mold. There’s even a “cleaning” white vinegar you can buy. Wash posts with vinegar/water and use “KILZ”.
We use KILZ paint to prevent mold and mildew.
