Sounds beautiful! Since grey is a neutral you can put pretty much any colors you love with it. Right now the aqua's, yellows, and oranges seem to be very popular. Beige and browns do not play as well, but can be done if you consider the tone. Look in your closet and see the colors you wear the most and feel the best in, then include those colors in your new scheme and you'll likely love it!
Put some pops of color, like in the blue family, aqua, baby blue, dark blue, then get some throw pillows with colored stripes in the same family. Also some plants would look nice. Beautiful floor!!!!!
Pick your favorite color(s) for pops of colors in pillows and other decor items. Look at a color wheel when you pick your favorite color and pick a color opposite it to use very sparingly along with your favorite color and it will look amazing. Your floor gives off a "cool" on the color spectrum so if you pick a color on the cool side of the color wheel for your main accent color (blues, greens, blue-violet) and just a few "warm" color pieces (red, yellow, orange, red-violet), it should work well.
Your inquiry was cut short, but if you are looking to change your wall color, these colors go extremely well with dark grey flooring: light grey, pale yellow, sand, sage, honey, and pale pink.
If you plan to leave your walls as is, which is a fine choice, more bold pops of color on the walls would look good. The dark black frame looks great — perhaps frame the other three pictures over the TV in black as well.
Your beige couch and chair bring warmth into the room, but now a pop of color would look great; such as, teal or orange pillows and Afghan, colors that go really well with grey. Good luck!
Some of the color suggestions were pretty good, you need to pick a color you like. Get a bunch of color cards from the store and tape them on the walls. Take notice to the colors at different times of day and different kinds of weather. When you have it down to a couple, get pints of those colors and paint them on a few different walls. Do the same thing again until you have your color.
Have you thought about raising the tv? If you have, do it before you paint.
