We are moving to an older home that we are going to give a cozy cottage look and love and have lots of "Rose" motif items and accessories to use with the decor. The kitchen walls are painted a nice red and there is lots of light in the room .The countertops are a pretty deep green and the cabinets are soft oak, ceiling and woodwork white.I'm using a pale, pale pink which is almost a neutral it's so pale,in the rest of the house with the white woodwork, ceilings.(The master bedroom off the dining /living room has white wainscoting part way up the walls,in addition to the pale, pale pink top of walls). My living room furniture is white wicker/ rattan settee, white wicker chairs ,tables...with pieces of warm hard rock maple in the dining room, and, some in the living room.Have a maple bedroom suite.
Has anyone ever seen or used a red, pale pink, little bit of green with white ceiling and woodwork in a kitchen??Any pics or advice???

sounds very cottagy...nor sure about the red...maybe a darker pink? But you can probably find exactly the right shade of red too.

Hello! If you look online at some sample interior designs that use the colors pink, red, green and white, you’ll find any number of them. Those colors make a great combination. Typically, however, the walls are not painted red. Typically, the red is just a pop of color in the way of pillows or a rug in the living room. Go online and search using the keywords red green pink and white interior decorations and you will see the various combinations that come up, which should give you plenty of ideas to work with. Good luck!

Hmm yes, in my mom's place, but a light green living room and red and white checks in the connecting kitchen With light oak cabinets and floors. Updated neutrals like warm grays with white are classic, green to me is dated 80s and 90s Back when we all had hunter green and mulberry.

    • If you like it, keep it. I still have Laura Ashley stuff and people always ask where I found it. Especially my hats. I think what you are doing sounds lovely! Hope you will post photos!🌹

This picture helped a lot!My kitchen has pretty golden oak cabinets(which hubby would rather I don't paint..which I would like white) and has lots of cabinets and windows so not lots of wall space but the walls are painted red and dark green counter tops ...so,want to use pale pink accessories and Rose motif theme.
