Thank you! You were to the point and no fuss. I may not have left enough of the bottom of the celery stalk. But, I don't need to add sugar or any other additive - that surprises me. I'm going to try it in any case. Since it is still green, I think it's quite pretty. If it gets brown and moldy, I'll have to dump it. Thanks again, Carol in Florida.
