I have not seen irises blooming in my area...I believe it may be a little early. Some will not bloom until mid May to mid June, however, others may bloomin April.
I moved to a home with lots of irises and like yours, there were only a couple that bloomed the first year. We dug them up, separated the rhizomes and replanted. The next year all of them bloomed! Overcrowding was the issue. If yours have bloomed in the past hopefully this will help you.
If they haven't bloomed since you planted them, it could be a variety of issues including weather, soil fertility, overcrowding, unhealthy rhizomes, insect or disease attack, planting depth and even site conditions.

bleach and keep it mold free by bleaching it every few weeks. Also, dry the spot each time you use it.
