Apply some slug/snail repellent (Lowes has this) as soon as the moles food source is gone they will leave also
my dog digs a little on the hill then pees on it. Everyone around me has them but me. So starting walking him around the front yard when I noticed. Dog is a Boston terrier if breed makes a difference
