you could buy small metal shelves or you could buy wood and cut to size and stain them or paint them! if you buy wood pieces from Lowe’s like 2x6 or other sizes they cut if for you! Just take measurements with you!
I take it you don't want them to run all the way across the window. If that's the case then it will be a very small shelf you are looking at, so maybe you could have glass cut to size with rounded corners and attach to the cabinet and back.
If you need shelves there then purchase the triangle glass shelves available at your local hardware store. They come with a frame the glass slides into.
