Purchase a long handled roller applicator, good thick napped rollers and good quality ceiling paint. You can purchase ceiling paint which has the color in it so that you can see where you have painted. It will dry white when completely dry. Ceiling paint is thicker than the regular paint and so will not drip as much but you will still need to cover your hair.

Absolutely do-able! Long-nap roller, and I use those ceiling paints that go on a color and dry white so I can check my work as I go!
