DIY Custom Linen Napkins

I think linen napkins are so pretty. They come in all colors and you can get them with all kinds of different details around the edges. While I was at Target the other day (shopping in aisles that had nothing to do with what I actually went in there for), I came across a set of linen napkins on clearance. I loved their color and have been looking for projects that I could try Chalk Couture products on. The Target napkinds fit the bill. Chalk Couture has chalk paste, ink and transfers to make all kinds of home decor with. I just started using their products and love them! Today, I am sharing my first ink project with their products.
I used two different  flower transfers for the linen napkins. I wanted to bring spring to the tablescape I was setting up so flowers were a great choice.
I share in the video the entire process of how to use these products. It couldn't be easier. I cut out the transfer I wanted to use and then stuck it to the corner of the napkin. Then, I put some of the black ink on the side of the transfer and used a squeegee to swipe it across the transfer.

Once the ink dried, I set the ink by ironing over the flowers with parchment paper and a towel. Now, these linen napkins can be washed and used for years to come!
I love what this added to the napkins. I am thinking of all the other ideas I can do with the Chalk Couture ink now. So MANY ideas going through my head.
