  • How about staining the concrete and leaving as is and adding indoor / outdoor area rugs to coordinate with your decor? That way you can roll up and store during the winter.

Hello. Any type of flooring would work. If you chose wooden, or carpet you would have to also lay a pad down. If tile you would just need the tile. It would most likely be the easiest to clean. You could also add a tile floor heating system. Good Luck!

Any flooring that the manufacturer recommends using over concrete.

You need to check to see if there is any dampness coming from the floor. Take a big garbage bag and tape it down all around and leave on the floor for a few days to see if there is any moisture. If not, you are safe to put down all kinds of flooring, such as laminate, vinyl tiles or planks. If there is moisture, there are 2'X2 ' squares which have insulation in them and they are damp proof. This is more expensive to do but gives you a much warmer floor.
