How can a garden be designed or built to deter poisonous snakes?
How can a garden be designed or built using specific plants, etc. to discourage poisonous snakes from finding a home there? Are there plants that snakes won't be around? I live in rattlesnake and copperhead country

I also live in rattlesnake country. My back yard is completely fenced and I had snake fencing installed. It does help. The front yard is a different story. I also a catch and relocate rattlesnakes. Goggle to see who in your area provides this service should you encounter one. If you are on Nextdoor.com, that is a good place to start.
