  • I think it would be a cute idea. I would get a large piece of cardboard to make a template of your sink so cutting the top of the dresser out would be easier. Probably have to make the top drawer into a shelf to accommodate the sink plumbing.

I would go with a small dresser so you could just about slide it in under the sink. Cut away the area needed to accommodate pipe.

Great idea. If you google "storage around pedestal sink" you will see pictures of a lot of products which might work for you depending on the room you have. The Wayfair that comes up first on the list goes to an Edico Florence 23.6W X 23.6 H cabinet, and if you scroll down will show you all different styles and sizes. You can buy one or once you get your own measurements, figure out how to make one yourself. Looks like your space is really tight so you might have to go to a nightstand or side table. Best of luck.

If you want to hide what is underneath the sink, why not make a skirt for the sink? If you want counter space, why not make a shelf that goes from the wall on the left (cut out hole for sink) over to the wall on the other side of toilet? Accommodating the handle on the toilet would seem to prevent any kind of a piece of furniture that would have space enough on top.
