Should I separate my dining room set?
Is it silly to separate a dining room set because the chairs have been falling apart for years? I bought a french provincial set from goodwill years ago because I wanted the china cabinet and buffet and it came with a table and chairs.
I don't dislike the table but I also have a round pedestal table from my hubbys grandma that I have always wanted. I don't really need two dining room tables.
I dont have the dining room set in the same room but spaced out between the living room and dining room. They are sort of open to one another. The buffet is used as our TV stand and the china cabinet is used to house things we have collected/ treasures my child has made.
I could also keep the table that goes with the set and get different chairs but that still leaves me with an extra dining room table. I also kind of want to get metal chairs and I have not seen them paired with an oval french provincial table before but have seen them with a pedestal table.
