Have you discovered why the floor slants? I can see it-might need a support beam repair under it from basement?
you will have to rectify the slant.Laminate is a floating floor
I agree, check for foundation issues. Otherwise, the slant shouldn't affect laying the laminate, just make sure you follow installation instructions

Try to level the slant
But every home has a support system. Sounds like you need some floor supports or jacks repaired or it will probably continue to slant further. If you aren't going to repair that, then you should probably use a floating floor on it which allows some movement on the floor and you can maybe just put some extra padding under area that would not be so level as to absorb the look that it is more level than it is-do you understand?
