Looking for bed skirt ideas

I have seen the idea to use a board instead of material. That way you can paint it whatever color you want and you won't have to worry about dust bunnies. Get a board that will fit between the box spring and the floor--then form it into a partial box.

Throw a sheet over the bed base, then put on Mattress. or use single sheet to fit top of bed base and add a skirt buy cutting strips from other sheets or using material by the yard. (Pleat/gather or Box corners) etc.... Or buy Valence Sheet for size smaller bed and use that on base..........

But a canvas tarp the size of bed ( the box s prings) where it touches both sides on the floor! Dye it the color you want and viola, u have a great long lasting bed skirt instead of those cheap ones in the store that rip as soon ad u give them a little tug😞

use flat sheets, cut to strips the height you need and pinned to the boxspring. You could also use drop cloths in the same manner...
