Try a standard peg board. They can be painted and add wood trim to frame the peg board for a finished look.

Hooks in a non-attached-to-electricity fan, hanging from the ceiling. Then you can manually slowly turn it, to reach the different pots or pans. Hopefully your pot and pan handles come with a hole or ring on the end of the handle.

I know this sounds strange, but I have two deep drawers between my fridge and stove and I couldn't fit my two square grill pans in there with the round pots and pans. There is nothing to the left of the stove, so I hung them on the left side of the cupboard above the stove. They are out of the way, yet assessable easily. I have another cupboard side that I am thinking about putting a few other small pans that are always in my way in the drawers also. I used hooks that would fit the holes in the handles, yet were sturdy to hold the weight of the pan. The small ones I can probably use cup hooks. I keep all my cookie sheets in the drawer of my stove with my bread pans, broiler pan and splatter covers and cooling racks. If you look around your kitchen, you will find some places that you can use to hang the ones you have trouble fitting. I have a top cupboard that was hung in the garage already when we moved in, and I put the really large pots, like my spaghetti pot and dutch oven and ones I don't use that often. That would be another place you could use if you need to. I have a small closet in the dining room that is above the basement stairs (not really big), that I keep my electric griddle, air fryer, deep fryer, crock pot and those kind of things. Finding places to put things in small kitchens can be a challenge, but it is possible! Good luck!

Some good ideas here. I’ll just add to keep gravity as your friend. Don’t hang iron skillets on hooks where they might fall on your foot. Hang lighter weight pans up high, as long as you can reach them. And nearer the sink may make more sense than nearer the stove. ☺️

I personally would purge the cabinets and place all the things you use only during the holidays and place those in a closet, attic or basement for that extra needed place. Use command hooks inside the cabinets to hang some of the pots and pans.

These flat pans hang on wall opposite the stove. Over the stove we have a "pot garage" for small lidded pots. I also have a hanging arrangement over the sink for colanders, strainers, funnels, etc. Larger pots and pans are in cupboards over the stove. And like Nancy I hang a couple of small pans on the side of my cupboard.
