Landscaping shrubs? In my area fast growing leyland cypress from Costco work for me. We put in a few nealy every year.

You can see 5 year growth here comparing these two shrubs. Im not sure how tall you want your privacy screening to be and if you have the room for these plants if indeed they are agreeable for your planting zone.

A privacy fence, even just a section can block a view that you don't like. Add some shrubs and flowers and you will have a nicer view.

We have a 6 ft privacy fence. The neighbors put up the trampoline at Christmas, right on the fence line. We live in a subdivision with a HOA. So many rules. Our house sets up higher than theirs so we walk out onto our patio and there it is

If you are in a HOA, have you spoken to them about asking them to mediate on the issue?

were trying not to cause problems for neighbors. As it is, the rules say we can’t have anything over 8ft 6in high and there are so many trampolines in our subdivision
