Bring them outside as long as night time temperatures remain above 60 degrees.keep on the porch at night, during the day give them sunlight, once all temperatures have finally stabilized plant them in the ground or pots

If ground has warmed to about 50 degrees and there is no chance of frost/extreme cold. If it does turn off a little chilly you can get by with cover for over-night. I've seen small baskets or even plastic bags big enough not to weigh done plant. Remove the covers during day so they don't get too hot in sun.

You need to wait to place them outside until there’s no chance of snow or frost. Bring them in at night if the temps are going to take a drastic dip. Enjoy your tomatoes this summer!
