It is the water that has dried up, add water, enough to rehydrate the wipes. I have done this many times before with cleaning wipes and diaper wipes.

I just add water. I tried baby oil, and I had a mess. Be smarter than me. ☺️

    HIYAAA ,

I HAVE ALWAYS USED WATER TOO , BUT DOES ANYONE KNOW IF BY ADDING WATER THIS WAY ( COLD TAP OR BOILED TAP WATER ) TO ANTIBACTERIAL WIPES LIKE DETTOL CLEANSING SURFACE WIPES OR SIMILAR , IT CAN AFFECT THE ANTIBACTERIAL / VIRUS KILLING PROPERTIES IN THE WIPES ... ??? WHICH COULD POSSIBLY HAVE DETRIMENTAL AFFECTS ON THEM ... ??? IN AN IDEAL WORLD I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO USE WIPES THAT ARE STILL WET UNTIL I CAN ASCERTAIN AS TO WHETHER THAT ADDING WATER DOESN'T LESSEN THEIR EFFECTIVENESS ON VIRUSES ETC ... AS IT IS ESPECIALLY CONSEQUENTIAL AMIDST OUR CURRENT GLOBAL PANDEMIC YET UNFORTUNATELY I , LIKE MOST PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE THAT LUXURY AS ALL OF OUR SHOPS ARE ALL OUT OF CLEANING PRODUCTS ... SO I WILL HAVE TO DEPEND ON THE DRIED - OUT PACKS UNTIL I CAN HOPEFULLY FIND SOMEWHERE ONLINE THAT HAS THEM OR MANAGE TO GRAB ONE OF OUR SUPERMARKETS CHOCK - A - BLOCK DELIVERY SLOTS & HOPE THEY ARE JUST AS EFFECTIVE STILL - MANY THANKS EVERYONE FOR LETTING ME RAMBLE ON - I DO HOPE EVERYONE IS KEEPING WELL & STAYING SAFE ...

    REGARDS ,

    MEL ...
