Not clear what seepa is. Please clarify.

You could try painting flex seal on it. It really is good stuff. We live on the coast in NJ. When Sandy hit, there was a store that used it to seal all of their windows and doors. They had no damage but all of the surrounding businesses were flooded out. This is the official website, but you can buy it just about anywhere.

If you are talking about leaking walls, you can patch them and then use Kilz.

I think Naomie is on the right track. Remember, the product you choose to cover your walls will only stop, at best, the moisture from coming through. It will not stop the moisture from being there, which can cause mold and eventually weaken the wall structure. When you have the resources, hire a contractor who has experience with stopping the problem from the outside.

my parents once had stucco walls and humidity in the summer made it damp feeling. After several yrs they put paneling over it which got rid of the dampness in the house but not the stucco. It took 40 yrs. but it rotted and required a tear-down by a new owner. I would check with 2 or 3 reputable builders or restorers for their opinion. There may be products now that coukd help,
