  • Wow! What a beautiful piece! I would look for a wrought iron stand, table, or something to upcycle. Just keep in the back of your mind when out and about. Second hand, thrift shops, yard sales you may just stumble over something cool.

.Make a pedestal by adding a circle of wood a top and bottom of tree stump? or buy a Circular Plant stand (Maybe new or used and adapt/ colour to taste)

For an inexpensive solution, go to the thrift store and pick up a small side table, maybe mission style or one with chunky legs. Grab a can of turquoise chalk paint (or another color that matches your decor, but turquoise looks great with pewter) and paint the legs. You could paint the top too, but a wood finish on top with turquoise legs would give it a nice Soutwestern look. You can distress the paint or use dark wax to "age" the look a bit. Place your urn on top and admire your work!

I would top it with a piece of round glass.

I love this as it is! To enhance it a bit you might place some long stems of dried natural grass stalks, twigs or anything tall you see outside your window. Good luck!
