My sister worked at two florist shops for a total of 36 years. One was a rose distributor for all of the USA. They treated their roses so you couldn't use the process shown in the video. So, it depends on where the florist gets their roses if this process will work.

My grandpa would clip the end off the bouquet rose, dip it in Root Tone, stick in the Ground with a canning jar as mini greenhouse. it was quite successful.
