"Spray and Forget". Available at Home Depot. One product that actually works as they say it does. After 5 years I may be due for a respray. Good stuff.
Mold armor from Home Depot or Lowes or menards.
power wash with a bleach solution
I would use Wet n Forget.
I spray bathroom cleaner with bleach in it and then use a soft outdoor scrub brush. Works wonders.
