Hello from Bay City, Michigan!
Interested in a fun, yet crafty project you haven't seen anyone else make? I crafted a 'wagon' then I went with filling the wagon with Dollar Tree items. Excellent gift idea and cute. Here is how I made it.
The wagon needs a selfie stick, twine, burlap ribbon roll, dowels and hotglue.
I wrap twine around the basket (two pk) and then glued the burlap lace ribbon twice around the basket. I turned it upside down and glued dowels.
In this first project, I used cardboard for the wheels, and wrap with twine, but in the second wagon shown soon, I used pringle potato chip lids.
Still when upside down, I added more burlap for securing the dowels. I glued the cardboard wheels to the side as well.
I wrap twine around the selfie stick. I did remove the white wire plug in piece as well. The stick fits on the front but add some glue to keep it secured. This is the basic 'wagon' now I added a fairy garden to this. Then, when I made a second one, I added a monkey, candy, florals, and a flashing light. All from Dollar Tree.
With a fairy garden. See the video link I enclose.
With the monkey, I named the project Monkey Business #2. I used a dowel to prop the monkey. I built the inside with foam and covered it with pink burlap, flowers. I Added cattails, carnations, candy. See my video link for a real time story. Thank you for viewing and hope you view my other projects-just look under my name.
Bless!
