Are you looking for an amazingly cute and functional way to store all of your little girls accumulating hair accessories? This is the cutest way to add style to a girls room, while adding functionality!
This spring I am all about organizing! With our new baby girl, I am excited to make some girly decorations to organize her room! Although our new baby is only 2 months old, I decided to make a cute hair bow organizer for all of the cute bows I am going to eventually buy her!

This hair bow organizer is adorable, it has a custom name, lights and clothespins that can hold more bows or even photos! The best part is that you can customize it to look the exact way you would like it!
The first thing you will do is paint the inside of the crate whatever color you would like the name to be.  I wanted a gold name with a pink background, so I painted the inside of the crate gold.

Next create the name.
We used a Cricut to make the name. To do this, I measured how big I wanted the letters and then I used a pretty font (Autumn in November) in design space to type out her name.

I then printed the name on adhesive vinyl and then transferred the letters to the crate with transfer tape. I did have a little trouble with the vinyl adhering to the rough wood, so I would recommend using a smooth, sanded surface if you can. Either way after a little fighting, I got the vinyl placed on the wood.

Once you have the lettering placed on the crate, paint the entire thing in your chosen background color.
Now that your bow holder is dry, peel off the vinyl to reveal the gold underneath. Smooth out any rough edges with a small paintbrush.
Attach ribbon to your bow holder.

The ribbon is where you will clip on all of the bows. We cut three long and two short pieces of ribbon in a pretty color that matched the crate. We then attached the ribbons to the crate with hot glue on the underside.
Style your bow holder.
To tie everything together and make our bow holder look amazing, we added a few final accents. First, we wrapped the crate in copper wire lights and added clothespins. We also glued on a few accent flowers to enhance her name even more!

What I like about this project is the fact that it is super stylish and cute but also functional. I love the addition of the lights and the clothespins to give it an even more unique look. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and that you will consider making your own stylish bow holder.
