If it has already been washed & dried, it will be very hard to remove it. I would pour a little Dawn original dish soap on it and let it set a few minutes. Then take a stain remover like Shout! and gently rub into the stain, then wash. This is what I have done to remove dried on stains and it works about 50% of the time. Use Dawn first, as that helps penetrate the greasy chap stick, then the stain remover. After you wash it again and before you dry,check to see if the stain is any less obvious. If so, do the Dawn, Shout thing again before you dry it. Sometimes it takes a few washings to get it all out. Just be sure not to let the garment dry between washings. Good Luck!
