Hi Madonna. Make sure they are clean well. Then I would use Rustoleum spray paint made for outdoor plastic. After that has dried apply a clear coat.

Rust-oleum has a plastic paint. My brother painted old white plastic chair a bright red, looks fantastic!
Look for spray paint specially made for plastic. Rustoleum and Krylon make some.
