Avoid using detergents if possible as these may streak the glass of the panel. Use of abrasive powders also risks scratching the panels. Given the nature of good quality solar panel glass, clean water and a little scrubbing with a coarse cloth covered sponge or soft brush should remove the most stubborn grime.
Don't worry too much about them. If you clean them, in a day or so they are dirty again. The net loss of solar energy is only about 1% which is not enough to make more than a few cents difference in your power bill.
The solar panels should come with a set of instructions on how to care for them, if anything at all. They are pretty much unreachable if they are on your roof.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...

House wash....uses a garden hose toget a detergent to clean the siding and you ca switch to clear water for a rinse. Shouldn’t harm the panels.
