My black and my pink pussy willow bushes are now blooming gray.

I want to know if there is anything I can do to have them bloom in the black and the pink colors that they have done for years (12 years for the pink one and 5 years for the black one).

It might have reverted to root stock......some bushes tree are grafted to a different set of roots supposedly to get them to grow better. Some times that root sends it’s own shoots out, and not what was grafted. Ie the bush went native.

It might just be the weather. I found an article from a Cooperative Extension that answered a question about pink pussy willows and suggest it might have been because of hard freezes they had. This particular Extension seems to be further north west from you, but you should have one in your local area - they are a government program. You can usually call them and they can answer local questions or they will ask you to bring in (or mail) a sample so they can figure it out. Click on the link below to see what the one I found says. Have to agree with Dfm, it does sounds as if your pussy willows reverted to the root stock and the characteristics-original genetic material expressed itself.
