You could glue glass gems around a mirror. E6000 for that job. Another idea is garden art. You could turn a glass bowl upside down and glue the gems to it to make a gazing ball.

Helli! Glass gems are beautiful glued to a tabletop or tray for a mosaic look. Pour a clear sealant over the top afterward. Pour them in a vase as an anchor for fake flowers — and they look pretty, too! Good luck!
