What is the best paint to use on kitchen stoves

I love the look of black stoves and put one in my new kitchen. Never again! They are so hard to keep clean and pick up everything including water stains. Just want you to be aware that it requires a LOT more upkeep for some reason. They sell paint specifically for appliances if you go that route.
