Using Old CD's on my walkway pavers

If I decide to do this should I spray any kind of sealant on the CDs and what should I use for an adhesive for the CDs onto the cement pavers and also some plastic Stomp stones

The shiny color to them will fade fairly quickly when exposed to water & scuffing from walking on them, so they would need to be sealed. Construction adhesive will stick them to stepping stones.
However, be aware that CD's ARE SLIPPERY when wet so you might want to think about this before putting down to walk over. Maybe using them as sidewalk or flower bed borders would be a better option .

I agree with the safety issue, it may get slippery even if you seal them. I think it will be better to use them where you wouldn't be walking on them.
